Neighborhood Living Room
/South End resident Varian Shrum turned a parking lot into a dynamic community gathering spot over one weekend in October 2015 with the help from a Knight Foundation/880 Cities grant. Programming the space with support from Dilworth Artisan Station, local artists, performers, pop-up retail and local eateries, Shrum created an inviting, unique 18-hour public space along the Trail.
